Proposing a New Member

The Rotary Club of Houma is committed to having a diverse and inclusive club. As members, we encourage you to invite individuals of all cultures, ethnicity, and races to our Club. If you would like to invite an individual whom you think would support Rotary’s values and mission to join the club, please complete the new member proposal form below.

Please print the Proposed Member Application and give it to the prospective member. Once the application is complete, you can do any of the following:

1.  Mail the completed application to:

2.  Return the completed application to the Rotarian, any Rotary Club of Houma member or the Club Secretary.

3.  Email the completed application to the club  Secretary
